Isabella Fitzgerald is a New Jersey native. She is a graduate of the inaugural class at the Charlotte, North Carolina campus of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Marketing. She spent over 8 years with the Union Square Hospitality Group, predominantly at the world-renowned Gramercy Tavern, but has also worked at top NYC restaurants like Rouge Tomate Chelsea, Temple Court at the Beekman Hotel and Momofuku Kawi, as well as for the highly regarded importer & distributor, David Bowler Wine.
