Maurice is the Beverage Director for the Cohn Restaurant Group, where he oversees the beverage program for 26 restaurants in San Diego, Long Beach and Maui. Maurice is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Cicerone and is CRT certified in Tequila. He sits on advisory boards for a number of national beverage conferences, and also teaches several courses for the Business of Wine program at San Diego State University.
