“The reality is that people that are attracted to making and learning about wine are artisanal people. They're people who love science and geology and chemistry but weren’t able to sit still in a classroom.”

Victoria spent more than 17 years as the General Manager and Corporate Wine Director at Schwartz Brothers Restaurants in Washington, where she curated a wine list that won the @wine_spectator Award of Excellence for 7 years running (!!). A native of WA State, she knows the world of Pacific Northwest seafood intimately, as she worked on a fish processing boat when she was 20, and has spent her whole life in the restaurant industry. 💡💡💡.
